Illan Wall Light

The Illan Wall Light, designed by Zsuzsanna Horvath for Luceplan, seamlessly blends lightness, technological innovation, and sustainability. This new wall version of the Illan series features a die-cast aluminum element that attaches to the wall and houses an LED source, which emits a soft, warm glow upward, creating a serene and inviting ambiance.

One of the defining features of the Illan Wall Light is its unique structure made from laser-cut layered wood. This material, extremely thin and flexible with a diameter of 31 cm, clads the body of the lamp and forms the characteristic geometric design that distinguishes the Illan series. The wood used in the shade is not only aesthetically pleasing but also sustainable, as it is made from surplus material left over from the production of the Illan suspension model. This innovative use of scraps reflects a commitment to reducing waste and enhancing sustainability in design.
