Delivery

Our standard (or perhaps that should read high standard) UK delivery for your order(s) is a fully-trackable, 24-hour service to your front door. Your courier is ParcelForce. There is a fixed rate delivery charge on all orders placed through this website to any UK mainland address. Please contact us on sales@allsquaregrp.co.uk for a quotation for any contemporary lighting order to be delivered outside the UK mainland.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

We aim to dispatch your items in a single shipment. If your order contains multiple items, we’ll hold dispatch until all products have arrived at our warehouse and passed our quality checks.

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed after 12pm (GMT) will be processed the next working day.

Many of our brands are made to order or have longer lead times. These will be communicated at the point of purchase.

Sorry, we can’t. Our couriers must deliver all goods to a place of residence or business address only.

Sorry, but no. We require a signature on delivery, so please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to sign for the goods. If someone isn’t in when your lighting delivery arrives, your carrier will leave a calling card with details about re-arranging your delivery.

Our UK delivery partner is ParcelForce, and your parcel is trackable 24-hours a day. ParcelForce delivers straight to your front door. If the destination is an apartment or complex, your light(s) will be delivered to and left inside the entrance to the building. The standard delivery window is 24 hours from the day your order(s) arrive at All Square Lighting. But please be aware that many of our products have longer lead times associated with them. All lighting purchased that are in stock will be sent out to you within 1 to 2 days.

All orders placed after midday (GMT) for in-stock items will be processed the next working day.

Delivery does not include assembly of the lighting or unpacking.

Occasionally, DHL may require assistance unloading larger items.

Delivery of goods is not guaranteed. All Square GRp Ltd will not be held responsible for delays or discrepancies in relation to deliveries.

Click & Collect

Order Online, Collect In Store For Free

Our free Click & Collect service lets you pick up your order in-store at a time that suits you. Easy to use and absolutely free of charge, this service is valid for all parcel orders placed online. For items in-stock in our warehouse it normally takes 2-3 working days, but it can be quicker if the item is already in store.

Select click & collect at checkout, and we’ll deliver it to our chosen Notting Hill Showroom for you to collect.

Items are available for collection five days a week within our standard store opening times.

We will send you an email once the item has arrived at the showroom. Please wait until you receive this before coming to pick up, as some items may take more time than others.

Yes. We will send your lights out in one delivery as soon as they all arrive at the All Square Lighting warehouse and have been quality checked.

We will send you an email once your order has arrived in-store and is ready for collection.

Please do not come in to pick up your order until you have received this email as it may still be being prepared.

Anyone can collect an order on your behalf, however; Please make sure that they bring some form of receipt, preferably a printout of your order confirmation email, along with a valid ID.

All Click & Collect orders will be held at our showroom for 10 days.

Orders not collected within this time will be charged a storage charge of £15 per week.

Returns & Exchanges - Online

All items to be returned must be in fully resalable condition in their original packaging.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order in which to make a return.

To make a return please contact our Customer Service Team to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) by emailing sales@allsquaregrp.co.uk or submitting a returns request on our online returns portal

If the item has not been returned in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Please note this does not apply to B2B Sales B2B orders are non returnable

We make every effort to select and sell products of the highest quality and to deliver them to you in perfect condition.

Lights that are damaged in transit from our warehouse must be notified to us by email to sales@allsquaregrp.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot accept any transit damage claims reported to us after 3 Days from receipt of delivery.

You may cancel an order at any point prior to delivery. If we have not already despatched the order you will be refunded in full. If, however, we have already despatched the order you will not be refunded for the delivery charge and will be responsible for any return postage.
