The LD57 Wall Light is a compact recessed LED fitting designed for gentle, glare-free illumination of steps, decks and circulation areas. The LED is deeply recessed within a black anodised body and hidden from direct view by an integrated glare shield, creating a soft lighting effect without visible glare from the source. With no optic or reflector, the LD57 produces a lower, more subtle output that is particularly well suited to ambient step and deck lighting where visual comfort is the priority.
Manufactured with a machined 316 stainless steel bezel, hard anodised aluminium body and 5mm borosilicate glass with black ceramic screen printing, the LD57 Wall Light is rated IP68 for demanding environments. It uses a replaceable NICHIA C1 LED engine, available in 1.2W at 350mA, 1.7W at 500mA or 2.4W at 700mA, with the 2.4W option recommended for the strongest performance. The fitting offers a typical CRI of 93 at 3000K, concealed fixing options and an integral anti-wicking barrier, with switched, 0-10V, DMX, DALI and mains dimmable drivers also available.
