The Lumiere 30th Grande Table Lamp is a special edition of a design classic, commemorating its 30th anniversary. This edition introduces two distinct versions: Lumiere Bulles and Lumiere Pastilles. For the first time, the surface decoration of the blown glass becomes three-dimensional, enhancing the lamp's timeless elegance with new character.
This table lamp provides both direct and diffused light. The cased glass diffuser has a glossy finish, and its design varies between the two versions. In the "Pastilles" version, the glass is hand-blown inside a diamond-shaped mould, creating a classic multi-faceted appearance known as "Balloton." In the "Bulles" version, a mould fitted with spikes traps a myriad of tiny air bubbles within the layers of glass, giving it a unique and enchanting look.
The lamp features a die-cast aluminium tripod base, which is hand-finished, polished, and liquid-coated for durability and style. It is equipped with scratch-resistant silicone pads to protect surfaces. The lamp is operated with an ON/OFF switch on the transparent cable, with an additional dimmer option available for the 220/240V version, allowing for adjustable lighting.
