Sale and Returns Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Conditions of Sale") apply to any order placed through the www.allsquarelighting.co.uk website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not order from us.

All use of this website is also subject to our Website Terms and Conditions, which apply in addition to these Conditions of Sale. By placing an order, you confirm acceptance of both.
Product Descriptions

All orders are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if an item is unavailable and may offer a suitable alternative.
Order Acceptance
Completion of checkout does not constitute acceptance. Your order is only confirmed once we dispatch the goods or commence the service.
All goods remain the property of All Square GRP Ltd until paid for in full. If payment fails after dispatch, you must return the goods at your own cost or pay in full within 14 days.
Delivery
Delivery costs and timelines vary by product and destination. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
We recommend qualified installers for all products, and strongly advise against arranging installation until you have received and inspected the goods.
International Orders
All international orders are delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any local taxes, import duties, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Payment must be made in GBP. For high-value orders, payment by bank transfer may be required.
All Square GRP Ltd. has no liability for items ordered that a customer no longer requires. Once an order is processed, the customer is liable to purchase the items.
Returns Policy
At All Square GRP Ltd, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item.
Return Conditions:

Items must be returned in perfect condition with all original packaging, fixings, and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items returned damaged, incomplete, or written on will not be refunded.

A reboxing fee of 10% may apply if packaging is damaged or defaced.

Returns must be pre-authorised and accompanied by a returns number, which must not be written on the product packaging.
Return Conditions:

Custom, made-to-order, and special-order items are non-returnable.

Opened sealed or shrink-wrapped goods are returnable only if faulty and agreed in writing.
How to Return
- Email us at sales@allsquaregrp.co.uk to request a return and receive a returns number.
- Use a tracked courier to return goods safely – we cannot refund items lost in transit.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 working days of receiving the item in acceptable condition.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, email sales@allsquaregrp.co.uk within 48 hours, including clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims outside this timeframe cannot be processed.
Do not install damaged goods. Once installed, damage claims cannot be accepted.
Faulty Products
If an item is faulty (not due to damage in transit), please email a description and photos to sales@allsquaregrp.co.uk. We will investigate and arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please note: Installation costs are not covered.
Installation Advice
Always check product instructions before installation. We recommend using qualified electricians or installers. We cannot accept returns or be held liable for products installed incorrectly.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. You have legal rights regarding faulty goods, which these Terms do not affect.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. supply chain issues or courier delays), nor are we responsible for business-related losses.
Pricing and Promotions
Prices are final at the time of purchase. We do not offer retrospective discounts if items are later reduced as part of a sale or promotion.
Behaviour Policy
We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or threatening behaviour toward our staff. We reserve the right to end any communication where such behaviour is present.
General Terms
We may update these Terms without notice. They are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
