The Buds 3 Table Lamp is the smallest member of the Buds family, distinguished by its refined design and precious hand-blown five-layer glass diffuser with a glossy finish. The transparent base accentuates the pure shape of this elegant table lamp, enhancing its sophisticated appeal.
This table lamp provides diffused light through its hand-blown cased five-layer glass diffuser. The internal glass layer is a pale straw-yellow colour, which adds warmth and intensifies the light. In the "warm white" version, the lamp appears ivory when illuminated and remains white when off, offering versatility and a refined aesthetic.
The base is made from a transparent PMMA cylinder, precisely milled and hand-polished to a mirror finish. It is protected by a transparent anti-static film to maintain its clarity and shine. The glass diffuser is securely attached to the base using a cup-shaped ring nut. An ON/OFF switch is located on the transparent electrical cable, which exits through an oblique groove in the base.
The base is packaged in a customised pouch made from scratch-resistant material, which should be used for cleaning to preserve its pristine condition. Given the prominent aperture of the glass, the light bulb is visible and plays a key role in the lamp's overall aesthetic. Therefore, it is recommended to use a retrofit LED or fluorescent light bulb with a white globe and a diameter of 9 cm for Buds 3, while Buds 1 and 2 require bulbs with a diameter of 12 cm.
